This video details how to make a super-efficient water heater thermo siphoning process. Not only are all the parts he uses cheap or free discards, the project does not need electricity or solar power.
To match this video you will need:
Copper Tubing
Stove Pipe
Water heater
Valves
And of course, water and something to burn.
See the process video after the break and then get started on your own source of endless hot water:
No safety valve? Oops.
…so it’s a buoyancy-driven wood-burning heat exchanger? huh. what’s weird is I’m pretty sure I’ve seen this before.
oh yeah.

Boy the comments are pretty damn stupid on here. Good for when a hurricane shuts the grid down for 2 or 3 weeks.
Jeremy Bailey this!
so simple but brilliant
I can generate something else I know of that makes better use of that copper coil. But I ain’t allowed to drink it no more.
@ Will Diehl…I think you forgot that the majority of facebook users know everything all already!
Nearly…. a complete waste of energy
Hey genius, just start a fire like you did and put a pot of water on it. You don’t need tools even.
A SINGLE lump of coal would burn 10 times longer and a few hundred degree’s hotter than wood! Unlimited, as long as you have your wood cut, lol. there’s a reason people don’t heat with wood any more, it’s a lot of work to keep enough wood for an entire winter. Gas or electric is much more sensible!
