This video details how to make a super-efficient water heater thermo siphoning process. Not only are all the parts he uses cheap or free discards, the project does not need electricity or solar power.
To match this video you will need:
Copper Tubing
Stove Pipe
Water heater
Valves
And of course, water and something to burn.
See the process video after the break and then get started on your own source of endless hot water:
If you have a wood burner in your home you can do this to reduce the amount of electric it take to heat water
Wood = Fuel = Money for most people unless they have a free source of old timber or scrap wood. Solar power once the solar collection device is virtually free. In most cases natural gas or electricity will be cheaper than wood in the long run! So this is just another expensive hobby.
You clearly have never heated with wood. Heating with wood costs me 1/3 of what it costs to heat with gas.
Amen brother i have burned for 12 years in our house and my freinds all hate when i get mad cause we had to run the furnace cause we went out of town. 35.00 gas bills in minneapolis mn. I love it! Happy burning!

have to show this to Crazywolf..
Well Truth and Action when a cord of wood runs about 200 to 250 bucks I can heat my home on gas for about 3 months for that price and if completely on wood you would burn more than a cord of wood if using it solely for heating your home and water. Like I said if you get the wood free or mostly free then sure it would pay to use it but like most of us who have to buy it NO it is not mathematically cheaper than natural gas.
Some may think you are a moonshiner.
Good readings , Thanks !

Umm…..I have to say the obvious question if you are building a fire anyhow is why not just what water.in a pot or kettle? Duh . Lots of wasted effort here for nothing gained. Heat your water in a.pot over a fire or even better on a flat top wood stove. Still hot water, still no electricity, not sure what they are trying to prove here but wasted effort and in a tried survival situation wasted effort and energy is bad news.
