Once again, the liberal media is proving that there’s no such thing as unbiased news reporting. In the wake of all the cases involving same-sex couples being turned down by county clerks and businesses, it would seem the tables have been drastically turned. This time it’s a gay judge refusing to perform straight weddings. And what are the legal repercussions for such an act? The answer is simple . . . nothing. Where’s the outrage? Where’s the government interference? It’s non-existent, because they’re pretending the problem doesn’t exist.

Ryan Casey, you still falling a little short of understanding SCOTT’s job, yes they interpret the Cons$#%&!@*ution, marriage is not defined in the Cons$#%&!@*ution. Now, even if we allow SCOTUS to Legislate from the bench, you would still have to send that to the Peoples House, ie Congress. You see Congress remains the only way to make or change a law, or an idea into law. I’m really sorry your teachers failed you in school. Also, there is a Ammendment to the Kentucky Cons$#%&!@*ution, p$#%&!@*ed by 70% of their population, that defines marriage as between one man, and one woman. So Kim Davis has done her job. Judge Bunning is the one who needs to be in a cell.
