Once again, the liberal media is proving that there’s no such thing as unbiased news reporting. In the wake of all the cases involving same-sex couples being turned down by county clerks and businesses, it would seem the tables have been drastically turned. This time it’s a gay judge refusing to perform straight weddings. And what are the legal repercussions for such an act? The answer is simple . . . nothing. Where’s the outrage? Where’s the government interference? It’s non-existent, because they’re pretending the problem doesn’t exist.

Judges don’t have to perform a marriage it’s not law ….. Law is you must have a license and it must be witnessed and signed before a minister or judge ….. No where in the laws does it say you have to go to a Judge to be married …. Court clerk case …. Her job is to issue marriage liscense once the State legalized same sex marriage she should have a looked for new job knowing that it would conflict with her religious belief or just done her job and let God judge for the actions of others …. This Judge wants to not marry straight couples that’s her prefference she doesn’t have to perform the wedding another Judge can ….
