Once again, the liberal media is proving that there’s no such thing as unbiased news reporting. In the wake of all the cases involving same-sex couples being turned down by county clerks and businesses, it would seem the tables have been drastically turned. This time it’s a gay judge refusing to perform straight weddings. And what are the legal repercussions for such an act? The answer is simple . . . nothing. Where’s the outrage? Where’s the government interference? It’s non-existent, because they’re pretending the problem doesn’t exist.

So you are so for the “law” well Kim Davis would have been breaking Kentucky law if she had issued it. Before you say SCOTUS says that is the law. judicial branch definition. The court systems of local, state, and federal governments, responsible for interpreting the laws p$#%&!@*ed by the legislative branch and enforced by the executive branch. I am also sick and tired of people staying it is their right to have marriage. Like it our not our rights are defined by the majority vote. What society can deal with any given time. That is what makes the system work. States have rights and are sovereign en$#%&!@*ies that are to be protected by the federal government. There are no federal laws that apply to citizens unless the state in which they reside ratify that law. These people have every right to move to a state in which their society has chosen to embrace the life style. They do not and can not use the judicial branch as a thumping stick to get their selfish (and I mean – devoted to or caring only for oneself; concerned primarily with one’s own interests, benefits, welfare, etc., regardless of others. characterized by or manifesting concern or care only for oneself) ways. The Kentucky people voted against gay marriage and it became law. (the system of rules that a particular country or community recognizes as regulating the actions of its members and may enforce by the imposition of penalties.) instead of judicial activism ( Judicial activism refers to judicial rulings suspected of being based on personal or political considerations rather than on existing law. It is sometimes used as an antonym of judicial restraint.)

Want to stop this craziness ? Easy. States,marriage is a religious ceremony. The 2 people are getting married not starting a buisnesss so for the state to require they purchase a license to enjoy a covenant of their religion violates the 1st Amendment. So just stop issueing marriage licenses and let the church where the wedding is held,gay or straight, issue a marriage certificate. Was that so hard.
