Once again, the liberal media is proving that there’s no such thing as unbiased news reporting. In the wake of all the cases involving same-sex couples being turned down by county clerks and businesses, it would seem the tables have been drastically turned. This time it’s a gay judge refusing to perform straight weddings. And what are the legal repercussions for such an act? The answer is simple . . . nothing. Where’s the outrage? Where’s the government interference? It’s non-existent, because they’re pretending the problem doesn’t exist.

You idiots. 1) This happened in 2012. She refused to do ANY marriages until equal marriage rights were allowed to all American citizens. She did this to GAIN equal rights for a group of people, whereas Kim Davis wanted to take rights away from a group of people.
And 2) There’s a difference between officiating weddings and issuing marriage licenses. It’s not a judges job to officiate weddings. A couple can choose to be married in court and pick a judge, just like a couple can choose to be married in a church and pick a minister. The judge can choose whether or not to perform the ceremony just like a minister can choose whether or not to. Judges ARE NOT legally obligated to perform weddings, county clerks on the other hand ARE legally obligated to issue licenses to people who are legally allowed to obtain them.
She was taking a stand for her beliefs just like Kim Davis was taking a stand for hers.. Only difference is, what she did was moral, legal, and actually fighting a real injustice and inequality. This judge officiated the first gay marriage in the state of Texas and has been performing marriages for gay and straight couples ever since.
So when does SHE go to jail??!!
