Once again, the liberal media is proving that there’s no such thing as unbiased news reporting. In the wake of all the cases involving same-sex couples being turned down by county clerks and businesses, it would seem the tables have been drastically turned. This time it’s a gay judge refusing to perform straight weddings. And what are the legal repercussions for such an act? The answer is simple . . . nothing. Where’s the outrage? Where’s the government interference? It’s non-existent, because they’re pretending the problem doesn’t exist.

Uhhh? Where does race play any parys in this? This is about gender. She is not refusing any color to marry, just not heterosexual marriages. Well Jerry Ownly, she refused to perform the service of a citizen duely licensed and sanctioned by the state and its cons$#%&!@*ution. Sanctioned by a process that followed the democratic and legal process.
There is no such thing with the clerk. The SCOTUS does not write law. It wrote no law. It has no authority to do so.
If you believe it so state the law in the penal code. The first Amendment may not mean much to you bit it is actially the law of the land. One of many being trampled on and ignored by liberals.
