Legal scholar William C. Bradford, was forced to resign from his position as an instructor of law at West Point. He has privately circulated a draft of an unpublished law review article entitled “Alea Iacta Est: The U.S. Coup of 2017.”
An abstract of that essay posted to Bradford’s LinkedIn page sets up a scenario in which a U.S. president – presumably, Barack Obama – becomes an undisguised “tyrant” who must be replaced by a military junta. More of the alleged uprising on the next page:

Since nobody is willing to place Obama under arrest and all those who support him–his actions are only setting the tone for the next president to further what Obama has started and that especially goes for another democrat.
American people are to afraid to stand up to this government and all the officers who may have. Have all been replaced with Muslims who are loyal to Obama.
Freedom in any form is a joke and the results of thinking we still have any is sick. NEVER before in the history of our country has the threat of losing it all been any more real. Is there not one man alive that can take this man apart and stop him??? he is a traitor and for that he should be in prison. Before he leaves office it would be nice to get even for all Americans who see this man for all he is

He has already exceeded the Rules of Impeachment, Can legally be sued, and a separate investigator/prosecutor could have him indicted for crimes against the Constitution, and other U.S. statutes.
