His argument is not truthful. In Saudi Arabia on trial day, blood flows over the dirty street in cities every week. Amputation doesn’t stop theft. Throwing people off of rooftops doesn’t halt homosexuality. If our newspapers actually published the weekly tolls of limbs lost, honor killings, rapes, and decapitations in Saudi Arabia, or Yemen, or Somalia, then, just maybe, liberals would understand the malignant Sharia for what it is.
