The leftist media would have you believe that Donald Trump is too reactionary, too racist, and too xenophobic to be president. Unfortunately for liberals, history is at odds with their claims.
President Theodore Roosevelt, also a Republican, signed a bill that banned practicing Muslims from entering the United States after he won the election in 1904. He won that election with 336 electoral votes, 190 more than his challenger, Alton B. Parker.
Sure, times have changed in the past hundred years, but polling data suggests that Trump’s ban, even in its most controversial form, is supported by the majority of the United States. It’s another fact that the mainstream media conveniently forgets when attacking the President’s actions.

The Immigration and Nationality Act passed June 27, 1952 revised the laws relating to immigration, naturalization, and nationality for the United States. That act, which became Public Law 414, established both the law and the intent of Congress regarding the immigration of Aliens to the US and remains in effect today. Among the many issues it covers, one in particular, found in Chapter 2 Section 212, is the prohibition of entry to the US if the Alien belongs to an organization seeking to overthrow the government of the United States by “force, violence, or other unconstitutional means.” This, by its very definition, rules out Islamic immigration to the United States, but this law is being ignored by the White House.

In fact, there are many verses in the Koran that command Islamists to kill those who do not submit to allah and the prophet. The Administration is breaking that law. The question is “does Congress have the political will to do something about it?” Or shall we be a nation like that in Isaiah 59:14 where, “justice is turned back, and righteousness stands afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter.” I think you know the answer, at least for now. But there are a handful of Congressmen who are studying this. Pray.
The Donald maybe have a big mouth and not everyone is happy with what he says. BUT he speaks the truth. He is in step with the average American citizen. First they said he would drop out. but he watched 16 other men drop out. Then they said he would never get the nomination but there he is. This is a major case of we the people. We the people are tired of lies, are tired of career politicians, want our America back the way it was, and maybe and outsider would be an improvement. GO TRUMP GO 2016.
The brashness is simply a reflection of a culture from Brooklyn. Folks keep saying he says “mean things”. Boo hoo, he tells the truth as he knows it and right in your face. There are several million like that in Brooklyn, NY. I would rather hear the truth than lies, lies, lies that have come from Obama and Hillary.
Laws have been on the books since 1952 banning Muslims from immigrating to this country, so my question is: Who is violating it and are the ones that are here since the ban, illegal immigrants under the current law. Why the hell are we making life better for them than for our own people, especially our vets?
