Today the FBI finally announced whether or not Hillary Clinton would be indicted for her use of a private email server as secretary of state.
In the announcement, FBI Director James Comey claimed that Hillary had been “extremely careless” with intelligence that was “marked classified” at the time. He confirmed that over a hundred emails contained confidential information, with many receiving the “top secret” designation left only for the nation’s most vital secrets. He even confirmed that Hillary had failed to turn over hundreds of emails to the FBI.
In a roundabout way, he also made clear that Hillary had lied all along about how her email service was run, and what it contained.
You’d be forgiven if this sounds to you like someone who is about to be charged with a crime — but you would be wrong. Despite the mountains of evidence against Mrs. Clinton, she was not recommended for charges.
Why? Because there was no evidence of “intentional misconduct.”
Since when does intention lift you above the law? It’s clear Hillary had not acted within the boundaries of the law, yet she’s escaping charges, not because of a lack of evidence, but because her position as Democrat nominee has put her above prosecution.

Hillary for prison
A sad and embarrassing day for this country.
Hillary Rodam Clinton, the only female in the USA who can do the job of president, is a liar, murderer, cheater, inefficient, inept, a criminal, but people are still backing her. Is half our nation that stupid? Really? Wasn’t the fiasco named Obama enough proof of the wrong person for the job?
Sad but true.
The FBI are pussies!!!
This whore was bought and paid for by the Clinton’s. For sale to the highest bidder. No returns
No one reads law, much less our Constitution and Federal law Jerry. That’s how for a long time now all kinds of this activity and improper and unconstitutional bills and acts have passed.
go tell the FBI what you think of them
Whaaaaaaat??????
JUST REMEMBER, the FBI had 2 open investigations on Hillary. One for Hillary’s emails and one for the Clinton Foundation. Maybe the FBI let the email scandal go unprosecuted because the bigger investigation is the Clinton Foundation. That investigation deals with selling government secrets and favors, money laundering funds thru the Foundation, use of a private server to bypass the Freedom of Information Act, and violation of the agreement Hillary signed with Obama when she became Sec of State which made it a requirement for Hillary to get government approval before Bill could give foreign speeches and before the Foundation could accept money from foreign governments. If the FBI decides to prosecute that case, it could take down both Hillary and Bill Clinton. Bernie Sanders still hasn’t dropped out of the race. Maybe he’s hoping for Hillary to be prosecuted for the Clinton Foundation investigation, or maybe he knows something. Hummmmm!!!
