The FBI released crime statistics last year showing that no murders occurred in Newtown, Connecticut, in 2012 – the Sandy Hook Shooting – despite the media reporting that numerous schoolchildren and faculty were killed that December.
Why would the FBI release such a report? Did nobody in the process of publishing this material take notice that they were reporting no deaths for this event?

My friend’s boyfriend was one of the first on the scene (local police) and he had trouble even describing what he saw. after he went back outside he called her and said he had to go outside because looking at dead children like that was beyond what he could handle. If you are willingly buying into this then I find you highly disrespectful and thoughtless. Children die in the worst way and you pull these ridiculous comments. not to mention the school had been closed and school board records (meetings) show they were trying to figure out something to do with the school…

It was staged..the dem. Gov. Lied to the people in a hurtful way. Google it. There are pics. Of the kids who were suposed to have died. It was to get uninformed people to Vote for more gun control. And in fact I believe the gov. Is talking kids into diing just this kind of thing. To take our guns.

As it turns out, a recordkeeping anomaly of sorts is at the root of the FBI report’s dissonant statistics for the Sandy Hook massacre. If you followed news of the incident at the time, you may recall that Connecticut State Police (not local city or town police) managed the crime scene in the hours, days, and weeks after the event in Newtown. Accordingly, the Sandy Hook Elementary victims were included in Connecticut’s statewide records, but they were not tallied as crimes of any description in Newtown in 2012. Rather, the deaths were classified under “State Police Misc.” in separate records.
Although the state’s murder total was 146 that year, only 110 of those deaths were assigned to specific local jurisdictions in the FBI report. The statewide tally of 146 includes the 27 victims of the Sandy Hook massacre.
I just researched that and it is correct. A valid comment that provides a fact.
