Money Grab !!
$#%&!@*enlooper had a meeting with the family before they presented the case. Just another liberal progressive agenda on gun control. Waste of time and energy.
Lol trailer government is I’m surprised they didn’t release him
FREAK
While I’m very sad for their loss, I am also pissed over this type of lawsuit. I hope they continue to lose all of them. Craftsman doesn’t get sued when a criminal hits someone with a hammer or sue Ford when a drunk hits someone. It’s stupid and frivolous.
Using your metaphor in a difference sense, it’s like seeking a lawsuit against the store that sold the Jack Daniels to the drunk that crashed into your child’s car and killed them.
If the store failed to use the protocol needed for a lawfulsale. Then a store does have a measure of liability. But you would need to show the store was unlawful in their action.
The man is crazy.he had to go there what an idiot!
Nice

It’s a shame that folks lost their lives but using the court to potentially take a company to ground was what was at stake.
