Also rember this is soft overburden not rock or gravel an you get ground water that can be very polited from gas spills animal waste an humans test it before watering lawns or drinking check codes in your area you may need a well permit to do this but a very good idea if you can

Michael Himes wanna drill a well ?
In almost every state, permits out the wazoo. Knew a guy once built a shed big enough to hold the small drill he used. Drove it in, shut the door & drilled. Just never told anyone.
Lots of work there tho.
Need a permit to build a shed too!
