Whats up w/ all the sheeple saying things like ” water rights are owned by the state” or ” Doesn’t it require a city permit” or ” Some Villages with public water will not let you drill your own well. You might want to check before drilling” Screw the Cities & Villages, I live out in the County & I’ll do what I want to do! Good God what a bunch of wimps.

It is almost certainly illegal due to some executive order or obscure EPA regulation.
For those commenters who are beating their chests like silly baboons, most of us are NOT saying we wouldn’t do it. We are pointing out the FACT that our government has managed to rob us of the freedom to provide for our basic needs by hook or by crook. People who seriously desire to do this need to KNOW the likelihood is they face citation and criminal charges. Saying something should not be illegal does not make it legal!!
actually this set up works pretty good id know from experience aint no well in my yard but we have dug em 150 plus ft like this
