What about the state laws prohibiting un-licensed drilling?

The video never told that I saw what all is hooked up and how it works. For instance, there is obviously a garden hose color green and some king of hose or wire on the other side. What is the apparatus the hose and second line is connected to. Can someone that has done this tell me what all the parts are, how to make them and what they do in the operation> I want to try it if for nothing but lawn and garden usage. can reach me at [email protected]
