So, to get a well dug you need to have water- under pressure to dig your well. Probably not gonna work if you are digging your first well. Lol
Try doing that with caliche under your topsoil.

people hand dig there wells..in fact for thousands of years. They seal the top around the pipe with a special clay . You can have one drilled in most places even 200 foot deep for est 8-12 thousand dollars . Thats all the costs all equipment,pipe,wire,pump.labor.Some places are a bit less. You can do a lot yourself and save big. Great how too you tube videos.

Some Municipalities have Laws that restrict your Rights to your Ground Water, claiming it is a “City Resource”, and must be purchased from the City’s Water Company! Know the Law in your Community! ;-O

In a perfect world u have easy dirt it’s proly farm land at one time or fill dirt that’s been added so of course it will be easy u bilive he is going to run black Polly plastic in side the pipe
