Wouldnt work in the Texas Hill Country where I live, the water is several 100 feet down and its solid rock all the way down.I bet it would work in the Conroe area where I grew up though.
Not sure it’d work here. My current well is only 5 ft. deep, but it’s a rocky mess here!
Pardon me, but this video sucks. It jumps from a couple of minutes of showing how to dig the starter hole when a few seconds will suffice, then jumps to over five minutes of needlessly showing him twisting the pipe ad nauseum when a minute or so would suffice. And it shows absolutely NOTHING about the rig he is using and how to set it up!!!!!
That’s the most important part!! What size pipe? What type connection is he using for the water hoses? Where do we get one? How does it attach? Is there any type of wellpoint on the pipe? What is the handle gizmo he is using? Jeez!
This video is about the most useless “how to” video I have ever seen.
They are trying to outlaw this too Mike Brewer. The only reason they haven’t stopped Oxygen is they have not figured out how to Tax it ……yet
Before you drill, make sure you actually have water rights on your property.
It does not matter do this where no one sees you , I helped my Dad drill a lot of water wells with a old trailer mounted cable tool rig , its not that hard and it is easy to look up safety info and how to set your pump
I buy bottle water. It’s easier..lol
Go for it!
Really useless video doesn’t really show much of the nitty gritty parts to doing the job
till you hit a rock.
Already got a well, just had a new pump put in. Can use the little stream to catch rainwater for irrigation, if need be.
