Yea try going 800ft here in north jersey. Where 740 of it is solid rock. Haha
What a joke . I can’t believe people suck this propaganda up. Got to be in sandy soil with no rocks, it would take 3 weeks to get 20 feet in Pa. L M A O
Probably not… I had to go down 165 feet for the good stuff. Underground river.
Won’t go through our granite like that.
Try 2 or 3 thousand into solid rock… That’s what my dad does. No PVC there
Tommy Priddy, remember when we did this in the 70’s?
Yup
Terrible, poke a hole in your aquifer so your can contaminate your water supply… All to save a buck…
If you need a shallow well just rent an electric jack hammer and drill a 1 1/2″.
You can drive it through grave stone mix 20′ in less than 10 minutes. I’ve done it twice at two different homes.
I grew up in rural Michigan. we always had wells on our property. Best water you ever tasted! My parents still live there, and when I go to visit I cannot wait to have a good long drink of that cold well water! Beats the snot out of my crappy city water. Recycled from a lake where sewage is dumped.
