Is it practical to drill your own well? Sure!
With the right know-how and equipment, in the right location you can enjoy your own water.
Why not take control of your water supply?
The 2 videos that follow will show you, step-by-step how to drill your own well.
Check them out On the Following pages:
I’ve got 4 wells that I have access to. 3 of them are shallow wells, which this video describes. One is a deep well, that goes through hundreds of feet of rock.
The 3 shallow wells – 2 of them are undrinkable, due to local runoff and groundwater contamination. The third is legally safe but tastes horrible.
My deepwater well, 248 feet deep, through 150 feet of rock, and properly lined, is biologically and chemically safe, and has no flavor.
While I understand and respect the attitude of rejecting government licensed everything, the fact is, a well that goes into good water, takes expensive equipment, not a driven point that you can DIY in a weekend. While I am very much against government interference, the fact is, to get the good water, you need expensive equipment. And the guys who have that equipment, are licensed.
Pick your battles, people; this one isn’t a viable one. SO many other things the govt interferes with to choose from.
I’d like to see him do that on my land. Black gumbo.
Haha good luck with that. Works if you have to drill no more than 20 feet into straight sand and hope the water is not contaminated. Proper wells take quite a bit more work.
Fracking!
You better be aware of your state water right laws as well! Texas is the only state where you can do that!
