It’s called a Sandpoint. Yes it’s clean and we use them all the time. A surface pump can only lift 18 feet. It’s physics. I have a Sandpoint on my land taste fine. Good water. The 80 foot well is nasty water. Have to run a water softener on deep well. Sandpoints are easy to put in

I would love to have one.
For anybody who wants to hoard water just think about who is downstream. Don’t be starvin out the ranchers downstream because u want more water.
