After a tense couple of weeks, Donald Trump finally secured Speaker of the House Paul Ryan’s coveted endorsement just a few days ago. Sure, he and Trump may not appeal to the same group of voters, but Ryan’s blessing is nonetheless important in Trump’s effort to mend fences with the party establishment.
Already, however, that relationship seems to be back on the rocks. After Donald Trump’s heavily publicized comments on the ethnicity of the judge of the Trump University case, Ryan hit back with perhaps his most biting criticism of Trump to date.
Ryan minced no words, calling Trump’s words blatantly racist, and unbefitting of a man running to be President of the United States. Trump, of course, is not one to back down, and once again he’s not giving in. Instead, he’s doubling down and explaining why he may be right to call the judge unfairly biased.
See Ryan’s remarks and Trump’s response on the next page:
Hillarys back pocket he must want Hillary to win
Ryan just come out and admit you ate voting for hillary you’ll feel better and the people that think you are a leader will finally know where you stand. Trump taking the white house so get out of the way
Keith, believe it or not I have heard people called racist for a lot less. And my statement wasn’t even racist, just a fact check.
Step down ryan
ryan is a demoncrap !
Who ant even Obama and killary racist.
Ryan’s a low life traitor to we the people of America.
28 U.S. Code ยง 455 – Disqualification of justice, judge, or magistrate judge
(a) Any justice, judge, or magistrate judge of the United States shall disqualify himself in any proceeding in which his impartiality might reasonably be questioned.
I side with Trump this time. There is plenty of reasonable basis to question the Judge’s impartiality, being Trump wanting to build a wall to simply stop illegal immigration, that just so happens many people of the Judge’s race would be affected.
Definition of racist = a person who believes that a particular race is superior to another.
Trumps remarks has nothing to do with racism, instead has to do with simply requesting a Judge that is not conflicted with a significant conflict of interest. The border issue about illegal immigration, just happens to involved the majority of people to be the same race as the Judge. The Judge would gain much favor from members of his particular community, race if he was to side against Trump. If the Judge rules for Trump he will receive much scorn from his community, race.
Trump has a legitimate argument, based on the rules of the court.
Sadly poor people, who have no voice have been wrong by the court, due to significant conflicts of interest in Judges. Here is an example: https://www.change.org/p/congress-stop-federal-court-s-prejudice-against-pro-se-litigants-civil
And I’m not a trump fan.
Simply Trump’s main Presidential campaign plank is build a wall, which happens to keep millions of Mexicans out. The judge being Mexican decent, it can be reasonably questioned that the judge cannot remain impartial, due to the national attention for many months on the presidential issue of building a wall. This is not racism as defined thinking one is superior to another race. For those who claim it is, they are deceiving themselves, their listeners, and playing into the hands of Hillary and Sanders deceptions.
If you people can’t see the writing on the he wall you’ve been asleep in class. Ryan is a RINO Obama bootlicker who has no interest in this countries sovereignty or keeping citizens safe. He’s all talk about “unity” and “Republican values” when the cameras are on,but behind closed doors he’s just another puppet with his hand in the cookie jar. The corruption in the government is blatantly obvious, yet they’re those who still refuse to believe it.. THAT’S the problem in this country. These are the same people who are more than happy to trade freedoms to be taken care of with an organization that says they know how to run your life better than you do. People better start waking up..
he has to go now you firerd
