There’s something about the words “Hillary Clinton” and “jail time” that’s really soothing to the ears. And the visual it brings of a corrupt old crow sitting behind bars really gives you hope for America’s future. While we’ve been hearing those words quite a bit in the media lately, the past couple of weeks have been relatively silent on the matter.
However, according to reports that came in at the end of January, it would seem that the FBI is ready to indict Hillary, and if it’s recommendation to do so isn’t followed by the United States Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, the agency’s investigators are planning on blowing the whistle and going public. Ah . . . justice.
Speaking of justice, this case could show exactly what kind of justice system we have. Will Hillary Clinton be held accountable for her actions, as she should? Or will the Obama Administration snuff this flame before it grows? This American ideal that the citizens should be held accountable while politicians get a free pass is tiresome. Who watches the watchmen?

It’ll never happen…
The FBI don’t have anything to do with if she is indicted or not.The only thing they can do is suggest an indictment should happen. The responsibility to follow through falls on the justice department.
Loretta lynch should NOT have a say SO! She worked with HILLARY in N.Y.! I CALL CONFLICT of INTERESTS! /AS Favoritism ! ##MRDONALDJTRUMP2016
About time she gets hers
Blah blah blah, I’ll believe it when I see it….
Clint Lee she violated numerous security laws. When I had my clearance, if I had done what she has, I’d be in jail already. The worse infraction is that the classified documents were sent across the Internet in the clear. That alone is some 2,000 violations right there.
No, wrong intent is not required to violate security laws. Just being careless is illegal, and she was intentionally sending thousands of classified documents across the Internet in the clear. Every one of those was a violation, and she intentionally set up that server.
John McCall I agree, I had a clearance, she’s as guilty as you can get. Every experience I’ve had around classified documents, these security rules are treated fricking seriously, she’s a fool.
The first time I went into the NSA, there were Marines in full gear(M16’s and body armor) standing guard in the lobby.
No, intent is not required to violate security laws, carelessness is all that’s required. Obviously you have never had a clearance or been around classified documents.
Carol Scott wrong, just the public disclosure is admission to breaking multiple security laws, everyone who ever has had a clearance knows she violated the law. When you get a clearance these rules are explained to you by very very serious people.
