It was only last September that billionaire businessman Donald Trump and Texas Senator Ted Cruz stood side by side on the lawn of the U.S. Capitol to protest the administration’s disastrous Iran nuclear deal.
Oh, how quickly things change. The once-promising bromance between the top two Republican frontrunners seems like ancient history — or perhaps a dream — nowadays. The two candidates, who for months refused to even criticize each other, are now at each others’ throats on a daily — if not hourly — basis now.
If they had cute nicknames for one another during the bromance, those have now given way to “Lyin’ Ted” and “Losin’ Donald.” Trump has repeatedly accused Cruz and his campaign of cheating, lying, and dirty tricks. Just this week, the Trump campaign accused the Cruz campaign of “Gestapo tactics” in recruiting delegates.
Trump and his supporters have cried foul after Colorado delegates unanimously pledged to support Cruz at the convention. Now Cruz has fired back at Trump — whom he accuses of throwing a tantrum — by telling Trump that “whine” is best served with cheese.
To watch Cruz’s remarks and the Fox News reaction on Outnumbered, continue reading on the next page:
Trump doesn’t have to cheat to win.
Beer, pretzels , peanuts and anything salty are best served together beings you can’t afford the whine and cheese! Lol
You should know.
Eat a lot of cheese do you ??
Ted shut up the only one whining is you. You have tried every underhand trick that the Establishment has and your still loosing. Go Trump
Cruz just told too many untrue tales. What does that make him?
Idiot
“Cruz the Ooze”, leaving a trail of slime all the way to the Whitehouse.
You know you never won those delegates you should feel ashamed
I’m very disappointed in Cruz
