The restaurant Sneakers Bistro in Local Winooski, Vermont has removed a sign that had the word ‘bacon’ due to Muslim opposition.
In a Facebook post, the restaurant issued the following statement, ““We are here to serve people BREAKFAST, not politics. We removed the sign that was located on public property as a gesture of respect for our diverse community. There were also concerns raised about safety (emphasis added). Removing it was not a difficult decision. We still love bacon. We still love eggs. Please have the political conversation elsewhere.”
Is the ‘safety’ factor the restaurant cited due to their fear of what would happen if they didn’t remove ‘bacon’ from their sign?

There have been Too many complaints about the American way of life,if it offends you why don’t you move back to a country of your own religion
It offends me greatly of these people do not want to eat pork that’s their right but for those like me who love bacon it’s our right to do so and for those who don’t either go back to your country or just simply trim your head the other way they say Muslims are peaceful people no they are not they want everything their way it’s like an American going to their country and demanding bacon them that would be off
