The restaurant Sneakers Bistro in Local Winooski, Vermont has removed a sign that had the word ‘bacon’ due to Muslim opposition.
In a Facebook post, the restaurant issued the following statement, ““We are here to serve people BREAKFAST, not politics. We removed the sign that was located on public property as a gesture of respect for our diverse community. There were also concerns raised about safety (emphasis added). Removing it was not a difficult decision. We still love bacon. We still love eggs. Please have the political conversation elsewhere.”
Is the ‘safety’ factor the restaurant cited due to their fear of what would happen if they didn’t remove ‘bacon’ from their sign?
Who ever owns this restaurant is an idiot for taking down the work bacon, Its getting to the point where one of them will say we want your country and we give it up. Oh I forgot we already did to muslim leader obuma.
Well if this keeps up , America playing directly in their hands, the Muslims won’t stop at that and then everything will be Muslim’s way instead of the American way, losing our freedom to them. Is this what you want??? I don’t think so. I wish they would leave America forever.
Treat them like the Russians and the Germans do. Anytime they start something, those people finish it. Why shouldn’t WE?! It is still OUR country, NOT theirs, last time I checked. If they don’t like it, go back and crawl under their rock where they came from. And take their goats with them!
