The restaurant Sneakers Bistro in Local Winooski, Vermont has removed a sign that had the word ‘bacon’ due to Muslim opposition.
In a Facebook post, the restaurant issued the following statement, ““We are here to serve people BREAKFAST, not politics. We removed the sign that was located on public property as a gesture of respect for our diverse community. There were also concerns raised about safety (emphasis added). Removing it was not a difficult decision. We still love bacon. We still love eggs. Please have the political conversation elsewhere.”
Is the ‘safety’ factor the restaurant cited due to their fear of what would happen if they didn’t remove ‘bacon’ from their sign?
We need to tell these dirtbags to shut-up and go away! If you don’t like the Nation then get out!

Seems to me that the American public should boycott the place, and start having some “backyard barbcues” serving Bacon.
I hope no one patronizes that restaurant….
The funny thing is that she just wanted to compalin because that’s what they like to do…come over here to be free, but stick their noses in our rights and our way of life…if I don’t like something and think it’s offensive to me, then I walk the other way or don’t patronize a place…not them…they want everything changed to their liking…and that just isn’t right or acceptable!
