The restaurant Sneakers Bistro in Local Winooski, Vermont has removed a sign that had the word ‘bacon’ due to Muslim opposition.
In a Facebook post, the restaurant issued the following statement, ““We are here to serve people BREAKFAST, not politics. We removed the sign that was located on public property as a gesture of respect for our diverse community. There were also concerns raised about safety (emphasis added). Removing it was not a difficult decision. We still love bacon. We still love eggs. Please have the political conversation elsewhere.”
Is the ‘safety’ factor the restaurant cited due to their fear of what would happen if they didn’t remove ‘bacon’ from their sign?
Do not remove the sign. Islamic sympathizers can take another route, leave or die. Three choices.
how is it that a tiny speck of people manages to dictate main stream people?? Don’t the mainstream have a back bone?? or are just so wrapped up in their tiny little world they just don’t care what’s going on around them??
