It is becoming routine for police in some states to collect the DNA of people at random. Referred to as “stop and spit,” the practice involves swabbing the inside of someone’s mouth then sending off the sample for analysis. The results are then stored in a database.
It’s put forth as a way of potentially reducing crime. Of course, is a complete violation of the Fourth Amendment’s protection against unlawful searches. The old Marxist propaganda of giving up one’s freedom for security is a tried and true method of collapsing a free society under despotic rule.

This is B******T. They cant do this only if you are a convicted felon. Then you have to submit to DNA TESTING.
Even if your a suspect they have to obtain a Search Warrant first.

If you were in military they have your DNA or worked a job that drug tests think about it for a couple minutes
thats a viloation of your civil rights
Chewy yes… but they dont have “probable cause” to take DNA from the average citizen. A judge is not likely to grant the warrent unless they have been found guilty and failed to provide an adequate DNA sample or have reasonable suspicion of involvement in a crime.
