It is becoming routine for police in some states to collect the DNA of people at random. Referred to as “stop and spit,” the practice involves swabbing the inside of someone’s mouth then sending off the sample for analysis. The results are then stored in a database.
It’s put forth as a way of potentially reducing crime. Of course, is a complete violation of the Fourth Amendment’s protection against unlawful searches. The old Marxist propaganda of giving up one’s freedom for security is a tried and true method of collapsing a free society under despotic rule.

It’s Very Illegal and against everyone’s rights. Even the search of a person or property do to ” suspicion ” is Illegal. Unless you’re shown and allowed the time to read a search warrant ” signed by a Judge” or to have a lawyer clarify the mumbo jumbo in said warrant ” No ” No search of a person or property is legal. The probable cause or suspicion of Whatever ” Even your vehicle during a traffic stop ” is Not a legal defense for Any Law enforcement. They Still have to have a search warrant to do so. Even though you tell them they Don’t have your Consent and they claim that give them the right. Scare tactics are the beginning of all rights Lost.
