It is becoming routine for police in some states to collect the DNA of people at random. Referred to as “stop and spit,” the practice involves swabbing the inside of someone’s mouth then sending off the sample for analysis. The results are then stored in a database.
It’s put forth as a way of potentially reducing crime. Of course, is a complete violation of the Fourth Amendment’s protection against unlawful searches. The old Marxist propaganda of giving up one’s freedom for security is a tried and true method of collapsing a free society under despotic rule.

Random samples cannot legally be gathered. Leave it to those entrusted with enforcing the law to flout it “in the name of security & safety” or some such b******t. Ask the cop this – “Am I a suspect? Am I being detained, or am I free to go? Am I under arrest?” If a citizen is not being arrested under suspicion or commission of a crime, they cannot legally do this.
