It is becoming routine for police in some states to collect the DNA of people at random. Referred to as “stop and spit,” the practice involves swabbing the inside of someone’s mouth then sending off the sample for analysis. The results are then stored in a database.
It’s put forth as a way of potentially reducing crime. Of course, is a complete violation of the Fourth Amendment’s protection against unlawful searches. The old Marxist propaganda of giving up one’s freedom for security is a tried and true method of collapsing a free society under despotic rule.

Ya, this “article” sounds like BS. Taking of DNA is invasive and protected under the Constitution. Think of is as protection of your property (your body) and police need a warrant to extract your DNA from your person. Now this does not cover anything you may have left “lying around” but it does cover blood withdrawal and swabs. Which are an invasion of privacy without consent or warrant.
This is a violation of the 4th. A product of the liberals and socialist govt.do not give samples. But if you throw away like water bottles in trash. They can be used to get dna material
