It is becoming routine for police in some states to collect the DNA of people at random. Referred to as “stop and spit,” the practice involves swabbing the inside of someone’s mouth then sending off the sample for analysis. The results are then stored in a database.
It’s put forth as a way of potentially reducing crime. Of course, is a complete violation of the Fourth Amendment’s protection against unlawful searches. The old Marxist propaganda of giving up one’s freedom for security is a tried and true method of collapsing a free society under despotic rule.

Since I am not a criminal and don’t plan to become one I have no problem with this if it ever became true. Think how much quicker crimes would be solved with mandatory DNA and fingerprinting. It might detour crime and less innocent people being arrested.

I call bull on this. Does that look like a “Stop and Swab” place? It looks like this photo was taken in a courthouse and someone who is being compelled by a court order is getting his DNA sampled. Come on..we are smarter than that…

This is not true! Notice there R no names of cities/communities 2 reference! They don’t even stop & frisk in NYC any more! This is crazy wrong & just trying 2 cause conflict!
But it’s illegal to stop and search, this is really personal. We are getting stupid a going real far from our consitution, and laws.
