It is becoming routine for police in some states to collect the DNA of people at random. Referred to as “stop and spit,” the practice involves swabbing the inside of someone’s mouth then sending off the sample for analysis. The results are then stored in a database.
It’s put forth as a way of potentially reducing crime. Of course, is a complete violation of the Fourth Amendment’s protection against unlawful searches. The old Marxist propaganda of giving up one’s freedom for security is a tried and true method of collapsing a free society under despotic rule.

What a crock, the Supreme Court has said no, spreading this BS helps no one. The Supreme Court did say yes to Stop and Frisk, in Terry V. Ohio the two actions are lightyears apart Terry V. Ohio is about officer safety, the other is about search and seizure. The left and right ten percenters or extremists peddle this garbage to crank up the ignorant.
