It is becoming routine for police in some states to collect the DNA of people at random. Referred to as “stop and spit,” the practice involves swabbing the inside of someone’s mouth then sending off the sample for analysis. The results are then stored in a database.
It’s put forth as a way of potentially reducing crime. Of course, is a complete violation of the Fourth Amendment’s protection against unlawful searches. The old Marxist propaganda of giving up one’s freedom for security is a tried and true method of collapsing a free society under despotic rule.

It is designed to get your DNA into a national registry. It is one more invasive step into our privacy. I believe when you are convicted of a crime they now take your DNA for national database,no choice in the matter.

Not without a search warrant! This is just another step toward a totalitarian control over the entire populace. The more information that can be compiled on you, the more control they have over you.
