It is becoming routine for police in some states to collect the DNA of people at random. Referred to as “stop and spit,” the practice involves swabbing the inside of someone’s mouth then sending off the sample for analysis. The results are then stored in a database.
It’s put forth as a way of potentially reducing crime. Of course, is a complete violation of the Fourth Amendment’s protection against unlawful searches. The old Marxist propaganda of giving up one’s freedom for security is a tried and true method of collapsing a free society under despotic rule.

If you think this is okay you better think again. Once the police have you DNA the police can put it where they want. Like on the murder weapon or at crime scene or any place where it could support their version of anything they want to accuse you of. Don’t ever give your DNA to the police without the advice of your lawyer. It could place you where you’ve never been

doesn’t matter whether or not you are guilty of anything, that isn’t the point. This is a gross invasion of privacy along with being a violation of the right to be secure from UNWARRANTED search & seizure as well as it also violates the right to not incriminate yourself! Either way you slice or dice it, it is UNCONSTITUTIONAL, illegal and just plain wrong!
