It is becoming routine for police in some states to collect the DNA of people at random. Referred to as “stop and spit,” the practice involves swabbing the inside of someone’s mouth then sending off the sample for analysis. The results are then stored in a database.
It’s put forth as a way of potentially reducing crime. Of course, is a complete violation of the Fourth Amendment’s protection against unlawful searches. The old Marxist propaganda of giving up one’s freedom for security is a tried and true method of collapsing a free society under despotic rule.

You agree with this simplification on collection you also agree to this material being used to decide if you should be sterilized if a future government decides you are not a suitable blood line to propagate the earth with, much less if you carry genes that might produce a less than perfect human being.

Preston Brooks, the 4th and 5th are history and have been for some time.
This was once done in a state in the East at a DUI roadblock as a study by some college to see if people would comply. Boy did they get in trouble. The police did the searches and of course they got in trouble and the college did as well. You would be surprised at the number of people who gave the swab. They were told the truth of the situation a few minutes after their complied or refused.
