Jamal Jones, his girlfriend Lisa Mahone, and their two children, 14 and 7, were going to a hospital to visit Lisa’s dying mother.
Cops stopped them who state that they pulled the family over because Mahone was not wearing her seat belt. After she showed her ID and insurance they asked for Jamal’s ID, who was the passenger.
Shortly after he stated he didn’t have it due to receiving a ticket, cops asked that he get out of the vehicle, which he refused to do.

And for all whom call this couple thugs because they are black, you are the true race baiters, and the reason this country is not to many brutalities away from a race war. And it’s sad, because comments by some make people hate all white people when there are some good white Americans in the U.S. That get it.!!!
Good
Open your window and show your ID. Easy…….
No it isn’t a law in every state. This was a passenger who has done nothing wrong. They were pulled over because the driver didn’t have a seat belt on.
The only one required by law at least in my state to show ID for a traffic stop is the driver. The exception would be if the passenger didn’t have a seat belt on then they broke the law and would be required to show ID.
Could be because some people feel they don’t have to listen to the police in these times. Thanks Devider in Chief (DIC)
What about the cops who ilegally search your car? Why am I even asking this question I know cops that took cocaine and resold it on the streets!
I do not care who the cop is, when there are children in the car you sure as hell do not break a car window as you could have put glass in the children’s eyes or the girlfriends eyes. Cops do not care anymore what they do as their authority has gone to their heads. The cop could have escorted them to hospital and then asked for his license.
Yea that is it. I’m tired of the sensationalism that keeps rearing its ugly head on this page. Goodbye.
Another example of people not complying with a police order. That’s called “Resisting Arrest” and is against the law. I’m on the cops side in this…..
if you dont like the law then dont drive not a right
