Connecticut has become the first state in the nation to virtually end homelessness of its Veterans. The Connecticut Coalition to End Homelessness (CCEH), and other non-profits have been out scouring the state identifying homeless Veterans, and handing out vouchers for permanent or temporary housing. National and state officials set a goal to end the plight of homeless Veterans.
How was this accomplished? See next page:
AWESOME!!! We need to take care of our VETS!!!
YES YES YES!!!
Chew em up and spit them out. We shouldn’t have this issue in the first place.
now if only CT would give their citizens their guns back and lower taxes
I’m moving to Connecticut if I ever go homeless
Keep your head up brother. We veterans are in this together.
Hooray !!!!
We must put our Veterans first and we must not allow Veterans to be homeless.
Good, a good thing, someone comes along with his head screwed on straight~!!
Didn’t Colorado end homelessness for everyone first? Not saying Connecticut didn’t do a great thing though. 😀
