At last week’s marathon press conference, Donald Trump surprised conservatives and liberals alike with an answer about illegal immigration.
When asked how he planned to proceed with DACA — the program that provides legal status to minors who were brought into the country illegally — the president said: “To me, it’s one of the most difficult subjects I have because you have these incredible kids — in many cases, not in all cases. In some of the cases, they’re having DACA and they’re gang members and they’re drug members, too. But you have some absolutely incredible kids — I would say mostly — they were brought in here in such a way. It’s a very, very tough subject.” Ultimately, he said he would deal with their situation “with heart.”
Despite the fairly moderate answer, liberals quickly seized onto Trump’s use of the word “gang members” and ignored the fact that he said most of the kids were “absolutely incredible.”

I agree. We must look out for the safety of the American people. If your parents brought you here illegally. Then they broke the law. They are to blame for breaking the law. Sorry.
Lots of law officials need to be replaced. They are breaking the law. Arrest them just like you would arrest American citzens for breaking the law. Fairness for all

The trouble in America they have become so stupid that nobody can understand that illegals are criminals who are from another country they have forged documents and stolen social security numbers have no rights here except to be jailed makes no difference if they are Mexican Irish English and any other countries if you sneak into our country you are a illegal criminal it’s against our law and constitution. There is only one way to come here and that is legal or go to jail no reward for people who brake our law
In the houses of the United States Congress segregation is alive and well. We have the Hispanic Caucus and the Congregational Black Congress . What a disgrace in the year 2017
I agree they should do away with the bad law but these children only know America. I hate to see families spilt up and don’t think the children should suffer the sins of their parents. I have mixed feelings about this.
Its not Trumps fault there are gang members that were brought here as children. Some may require being dealt with on an individual basis but if they have committed crimes they need to go, no matter what it is. A crime is a crime.
