At last week’s marathon press conference, Donald Trump surprised conservatives and liberals alike with an answer about illegal immigration.
When asked how he planned to proceed with DACA — the program that provides legal status to minors who were brought into the country illegally — the president said: “To me, it’s one of the most difficult subjects I have because you have these incredible kids — in many cases, not in all cases. In some of the cases, they’re having DACA and they’re gang members and they’re drug members, too. But you have some absolutely incredible kids — I would say mostly — they were brought in here in such a way. It’s a very, very tough subject.” Ultimately, he said he would deal with their situation “with heart.”
Despite the fairly moderate answer, liberals quickly seized onto Trump’s use of the word “gang members” and ignored the fact that he said most of the kids were “absolutely incredible.”

But that did not stop them from succeeding.

If the Hispanic Caucus really cared about these children they would embrace the President and work for the “incredible” ones amongst us and help get rid of the “gang members”. Sadly, the HC only cares about getting donations and staying in office. The HC operates no differently from the elites South of the border….grabbing all the goodies for themselves and treating their supposed constituents like peons. Wake up American Hispanics.

If you are LEGALLY here your a citizen and have rights.
If your ILLEGALLY here you are now considered an ILLEGAL and should go home.
If those two things confuse you you have no sense if truth and invested in a lie by other administrations.
My large Hispanic family is all repubs…Family values and hard work .not taking handouts. All seemed to coincide with how my family thinks. Kinda a no brainer if ur a latino Roman Catholic.
Maybe if you feel the need to belong to some kind of ethnic caucus, you should go back to the place where that ethnicity is the majority.
