When Congress passed the Intelligence Authorization Act for 2015, it granted the executive branch not only the ability to spy on American citizens private communications, but also the legal authority to turn that information over to local law enforcement.
All of this can be done without any court order being granted, all in the name of ‘fighting terror’, of course.

This is the problem. The Dem’s did this, the Repub’s did that. Now, more than ever, it is VITAL that everyone throw their political affiliations out the door. Come election time, vote against EVERY incumbent in office, regardless of what party they represent. Why do you think the Congress and Senate have been so dead set against term limits? We are seeing exactly why. These clowns have been allowed to remain in office, some for over 40+ years. Realistically, they can be voted out, but it is going to take EVERYONE voting against the status quo, and sending a clear message come November. If we aren’t willing to do this, then we can expect more of the same after the next election.
