When Congress passed the Intelligence Authorization Act for 2015, it granted the executive branch not only the ability to spy on American citizens private communications, but also the legal authority to turn that information over to local law enforcement.
All of this can be done without any court order being granted, all in the name of ‘fighting terror’, of course.
MOVE TO PAGE 2:

Too bad privacy issues aren’t being debated in this election cycle…
Gullible, gullible. This Act was past during BHO’s first term. There is a lot more to this act than what this article is telling you. The budget to support various intelligent agencies is what past. NOT THE ACT. It’s an old Act. https://www.congress.gov/bill/113th-congress/house-bill/4681/text
Truth and Action….shame on you for lying to FB readers.
Lol. I dont care. Lol
If they know when i take meds & BM..
Good they can get KiLiary’$.
So it finally became law, last year. Now all states will have to get on board with this law, if they haven’t already. We have no Fourth Amendment Right or First Amendment Right because if you say something that the$#%&!@*spies don’t like, they call local law enforcement to come pick you up and place you in the internment camp in, or near your state. These camps are strategically placed for accommodation around the country. The loss of our Second Amendment coming shortly.
And the NSA tracking was thought to be a story. It’s the Kansas City shuffle.
Nothing new with this bunch of losers !!
Isn’t the supreme court supposed to protect us from anyone taking away our constitutional rights??
Alicia Branning. No. The law has been established for a while. What past was the budget that pays for ALL INTELLIGENT AGENCIES. This includes the FBI, the CIA, DHS, etc. This is not a new law and we still have for now…..most of our freedoms. The government does have the authority to check correspondence on you if you are calling Middle East countries and I’m sure they are looking into key phrases like the words, “bomb” or “jihad”, etc, etc.
I’m not sure what the original posters were trying to accomplish with this scare tactic, but they aren’t too brilliant at their attempt.
