When Congress passed the Intelligence Authorization Act for 2015, it granted the executive branch not only the ability to spy on American citizens private communications, but also the legal authority to turn that information over to local law enforcement.
All of this can be done without any court order being granted, all in the name of ‘fighting terror’, of course.

Trisha Jenkins I don’t think it will happen until after the election..everyone waiting to see just how far they will go..If it happens it will be after the Tyrant is out of office!! One thing though he hasn’t supported the military at all not sure their heart would be in doing anything bad to American Citizens. At least I would hope not..And I believe they would have their hands full with the thugs BLM and the ISIS that are already in this Country and have training camps!!!
