When Congress passed the Intelligence Authorization Act for 2015, it granted the executive branch not only the ability to spy on American citizens private communications, but also the legal authority to turn that information over to local law enforcement.
All of this can be done without any court order being granted, all in the name of ‘fighting terror’, of course.

That’s fair other amendments such as the 1st and 10th for example have been dealt major blows. But I refuse to just roll over and say OK you’re going to do what you want go ahead keep on. How do I fight that? Idk voting doesn’t work so all I can do is try and limit internet messages to face to face meets and talk that way.

Can a statute or act of congress infringe on the 4th amendment. Keep in mind that necessary and proper clause was limitless in jurisdiction of the Fed’s from 1789 to 1792 when the bill of rights drew the line in the sand how far congress could go see 4th 5th 9th and 10th amendment.
