The small town of Nucla, Colorado, with a population of 750, passed the state’s first and only municipal ordinance in 2014 requiring heads of households to own guns and ammo, “in order to provide for and protect the safety, security and general welfare of the town and its inhabitants.”
“We more or less kind of wanted to give criminals a heads up. Stay out of this town. We’re armed,” stated board member Richard Craig.

We all had guns in our rigs, especially during hunting season. If you had to fight, you met your adversary in the park after school and got after it. No guns or knives; usually a handshake even if you hated the sob. Class of ’89. Dayton Washington. We still believed in honor.
You ever notice when the left wants more gun control then mysteriesly the school shooting escalates?….I have noticed this quite frequently..especially when there is gun measures to be voted on soon…just like reciently..we have an election comming the fourth, and here we go with another set of problems…how convenient…..
Stupid. Anyone backing this can just stop about upholding the Constitution. You can’t make anyone own a gun anymore than you can make anyone go to public school or not buy soda or whatever else you don’t want to be told how to do. Jesus.
