The small town of Nucla, Colorado, with a population of 750, passed the state’s first and only municipal ordinance in 2014 requiring heads of households to own guns and ammo, “in order to provide for and protect the safety, security and general welfare of the town and its inhabitants.”
“We more or less kind of wanted to give criminals a heads up. Stay out of this town. We’re armed,” stated board member Richard Craig.

HOORAY FOR THIS TOWN, NOW IF THE REST OF THE STATES WILL GET ON BOARD, MAYBE WE CAN SHOW THE LIBERALS THAT WE ARE TIRED OF THEIR COMMUNIST WAYS. WHAT PART OF “””” SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED”””DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND?????
Hell yeah. I bet they have a lower crime rate in comparison to cities with gun bans.Think about it, crooks KNOW that the house is armed and people are armed, he isn’t about to mess with them. Crooks (and our government) like unarmed weak people; not people who armed capable of defending themselves.
good for them every town should do this
Don’t count your cotton before the rain, there’s a swarm of Democratic activist judges nowhere near Colorado just waiting to impose their fascists dictates on communities like this…
THANK YOU SIR
All towns should do this!
Love it !!!
