It was only a matter of time before the left attacked patriotism as an offensive state of mind. This week, they’ve done just that.
Clinton Secretary of Labor Robert Reich attacked the idea of American exceptionalism as “exclusionary” and a result of Donald Trump’s promotion of America-first policies. Of course — if anything comes from Donald Trump it must be bad.
He goes beyond attacking the GOP nominee in his post in the SF Gate. He attacks all Americans who fear Islamic extremism. He denies the phenomenon of homegrown terror, despite the fact that the terrorists behind both the Orlando and San Bernardino attacks were all born in the United States. He even criticizes the “Republicans in Congress” who are unwilling to let individuals from Central America to flow across the nation’s borders.
His view of America isn’t patriotism, it is a dismantling of America as an identity.

Don’t be fooled. We have a major problem in America. Islam’s first and foremost teaches world$#%&!@*and Sharia law. Obama is trying to turn America an Islamic country. He has placed Muslim’s in key positions in our government. He has pushed a major pr campaign to label anyone who speaks out against Islam as racist and divided the country. Meanwhile Islamic terrorists attacks killing innocent people have become common on a weekly almost daily bases to spread fear of Islam throughout the world. As Americans our country was founded as one nation indivisible under god. They are systematically trying to disarm America to make us defenceless. Hillary Clinton has been bought and paid for by Islamic countries. We as Americans have two choices. Submit to Islam which would turn us into a war torn third world country or fight back and eradicate Islam in America and throughout the world. They will continue to lie and say Islam is peaceful over and over as they continue to kill innocent people. The sooner people realize they use liberals and the media to accomplish their goals the sooner we can take our country back. Arm yourself to the tooth. This is not going to end pretty but we are Americans one nation under god with liberty and justice for ALL. White black Latino Asian all ethnic cultures in America must put an end to this Islamic invasion. We are considered infidels and must either submit to Islam or die. Let’s finish this.
