That fact that you may or may not have a v****a is immaterial unless there is a specific requirement that a v****a is required in order to be able to perform the various tasks of the office of President of the US.
However, since the US has survived for 250 years without a President who possessed a v****a, I would safely say that possession of a v****a is not necessary or required to be President.
