Operators of the Nash Farm Battlefield Museum in Hampton, Georgia, have decided to close the five-year old Civil War museum after a Henry County commissioner demanded removal of Confederate artifacts.
The museum has been run by a nonprofit organization to commemorate the site of an August 1864 battle in the American Civil War. It’s been housed in a historic building in what has been a Henry County park.
Commissioner Dee Clemmons, an African-American woman, began her demands on the museum with a request to remove a Confederate flag displayed on a flagpole.

As is so often the case, an agenda driven website gets the story wrong. I don’t agree with commissioner’s stance, but clearly she wasn’t asking them to get rid of anything and she especially wasn’t trying to close the museum.

I hope the people that vote there will vote this cretin out of office……she doesn’t deserve to hold a public office with her twisted attitude about history. None of us like what happened during those times but can we just ignore it?……..so stupid. We are doing the very things that happened in Russia, Germany and so many other countries that fell to socialism / communism and dictatorship. The blacks aren’t intelligent enough to realize what they are demanding apparently.
